How I can help

A newly formed cohort needs something different from founders approaching the end of a programme. We discuss their stage, current challenges and what your programme is trying to achieve, so the session complements the wider journey rather than feeling like a standalone talk.

Founders can feel pressure to sound as though everything is going well. I create room for the difficult questions too: uncertainty, competing priorities and the realities of leading a business. Participation is encouraged without forcing people to share more than they're comfortable with.

The most useful insight may come from someone facing the same challenge across the room. Structured discussion and reflection help founders exchange experience, challenge assumptions and find ideas they can adapt to their own businesses.

Possible session themes include founder leadership, decision-making, prioritisation and following through. We choose a focus based on your cohort's needs and agree the intended outcomes rather than promising a fixed workshop will work for everyone.

Good discussion needs direction. I help balance contributions, keep the session connected to its goals and make room for quieter voices. The format can include guided reflection, small-group discussion and practical exercises, depending on the agreed brief.

We build in time for founders to identify what they've learned and what they'll do differently. Any programme-team debrief, written summary or follow-up materials are agreed in the scope so expectations are clear before delivery.
How we work together
We discuss the cohort, stage, group size, delivery setting and the challenge you want to address. We agree how the session fits the rest of your programme.
I prepare a structure around the agreed outcomes, then guide the conversation with room to respond to what the group brings. Timing and format are confirmed in advance.
Founders reflect on the discussion and choose relevant actions. Any debrief or follow-up support is delivered as agreed with your programme team.
