PRIVACY POLICY

This website is run by Rich Jones, a sole trader trading as RichWorks AI (RichWorks), 11 Hulme Hall Road, Manchester, M15 4LA, United Kingdom. I am the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact: hello@richworks.uk.

WHAT I COLLECT

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and first name, if given.
• Enquiries: whatever you include when you email me or book a call through Calendly.
• Client accounts: your email, password (stored securely, never readable by me), optional two-factor settings and sign-in activity.
• Client tools: the business profile, weekly check-ins and AI conversations you choose to enter.
• Client records: details of the services you buy, payments, sessions and session notes.

WHY AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS

• To provide services you've asked for and manage our agreement (contract).
• To reply to enquiries and run my business, including keeping it secure (legitimate interests).
• To send the monthly newsletter (consent). Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link and you can withdraw consent at any time.
• To keep financial records (legal obligation).

AI TOOLS

If you use the client AI tools, your messages and the business context you've provided are sent to an AI model provider to generate replies. Your conversations are private to your account. Please don't enter sensitive personal data, such as health information, into the AI tools.

WHO I SHARE IT WITH

I don't sell your data. I use trusted providers to run the service: website hosting and database (Lovable), AI model providers accessed through Lovable, Calendly for bookings, and an email newsletter service. Some providers may process data outside the UK, with appropriate safeguards in place.

HOW LONG I KEEP IT

Newsletter details until you unsubscribe. Client and account information for as long as you're a client and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask me to delete your account at any time.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to how I use it. Email hello@richworks.uk. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
