THE WEBSITE

Information on this site is general and may change. Prices shown are a guide; the scope, price and timings for any project or service are confirmed in writing before work starts.

WEBSITE DELIVERY AND SUPPORT

The 24-hour promise applies to the light build of up to 5 pages. The clock starts at an agreed time after all content, images, required access and agreed payment are ready. Full back-end builds, online shops and API integrations have a separately agreed timeline.

If RichWorks misses the agreed 24-hour light-build deadline, you may cancel and receive a refund of the light-build fee. This promise does not limit your statutory rights.

Hosting includes 3 small content updates each month. Each update is one request to change existing text, images or links. New pages, redesigns and integrations are quoted separately before work begins.

Your website is provided as a managed service while you subscribe. Payment of the build fee does not automatically transfer ownership of the website. Domain ownership, access, cancellation, transfer and handover arrangements must be agreed separately in writing before work starts. Third-party licence terms still apply.

The project agreement must confirm these arrangements before work starts. Nothing here removes rights you have under applicable law.

CLIENT ACCOUNTS

• Keep your sign-in details private and tell me if you think your account has been misused.
• Access to the client tools is granted at my discretion and may be withdrawn, for example if a service ends or the tools are misused.
• Don't try to access other people's accounts or data, or disrupt the service.

AI TOOLS

The AI tools give general guidance to support your thinking between sessions. Replies can be wrong or incomplete and are not legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice. Check important decisions with a qualified adviser.

YOUR CONTENT

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give me permission to store and process it to provide the service, as set out in the privacy policy.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, I'm not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit arising from use of this website or the free tools on it.

LAW

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
